8 Recipes For A Healthy Glowing Skin

If your answers to all these above-mentioned questions are “yes”, then it is the time to take good care of your skin as it needs help! Read on to know how can you get glowing skin. The secret of a healthy and glowing skin does not lie in your make up box, but it remains hidden in what you eat. Some people have inborn healthy skin, others can actually get it by following a proper skin friendly routine. There are many reasons which can lead to skin damage. The most important ones are –  
  • Long exposure to midday sun
  • Low water intake
  • Hormonal Imbalance
  • Ageing
  • Free Radical Damage
  • Exposure to harmful chemicals in the form of cosmetics
  • Stress
  • Improper Sleep
  • Consumption of Excessive Oily and Fatty Foods
