Rain rain go away come again another day, said only “bad health”. As much as we all love rains, we need to be really watchful on our lifestyle. The craving for the street food, fried food likes is at its peak during monsoon. The paani puri, the onion pakodas and not to forget the delicious samosas, our taste buds run after. However, this is precisely what we need to be careful about.Our body’s requirements change as the season changes. Therefore, try and get along well to enjoy the monsoons. Nevertheless, there is surely a way out to enjoy the rainy season with some magical tips.  

Say no to street food

Though these days, most household have water purifiers installed. However, even if one doesn’t have it, you should still drink only boiled water. And when the rains have arrived, it becomes highly imperative for everyone to drink only clean water. Not only drinking clean water but drinking a lot of water probably in any form, is a need of the season.
