Talking about the food, the ingredients they use are fresh and healthy. They have a huge variety of food items ranging from herbal teas, salads, quick bites, meals, and desserts- all served in a healthy and delicious way.
We chose Pukka Lemon Ginger and Manuka Honey Tea. As the name suggests, it’s a delicious herbal tea which will soothe you and calms your stressed mind or you can have this elixir right after a heavy meal.
If you are looking to have a good meal in the café you have varied options- We opted for Jackfruit Kheema with Raagi Dosa. The combination is so different and turned out to be healthy and filling. The dosa is soft and served with a bowl of minced jackfruit. The dish is not spicy and can be enjoyed by everyone. In fact, it’s nicer to the palate.

Namma Chip and Dip Platter are for those who love to munch on some healthy fries. Served with 4 different dips- hummus, beetroot, hung curd with garlic and pudina dip.

Cucurbits with lemon chili and Jaggery dressing salad is something we highly recommend at Pure and Sure Organic Cafe. The shredded cucumber slices with capsicum, tomato, carrots, baby cabbage leaves, peanuts, tossed with lemon chili and jaggery.

If you are someone who loves pasta, then they have something known as Millet Pasta. Basil Walnut Cheddar Pesto Millet Pasta is very different from the regular pasta prepared from the refined flour and is better in taste and health. The pasta is garnished with the microgreen which is just perfect!
