Second, the challenge was to compete & establish a brand in a market that is so cluttered and dynamic. Every other day a new beauty brand is launched or a new beauty trend comes in. The third challenge is distribution as it is a personalized product and cannot be listed on any third-party site and the user needs to take a hair assessment before ordering. Also, COVID 19 imposed one more challenge on the offline channel."
The Yadav brothers have invested in science and technology a lot and used them to establish a beauty brand that is 100% personalized yet scalable.
