Coaching, Healing & Consulting Services
- Session Booking: Sessions are scheduled only after full payment of the applicable fees.
- Cancellations Before Starting: Requests made before the beginning of the engagement/contract are eligible for a full refund, processed within 14 days of receiving the written request.
- Cancellations After Commencement: Once the sessions/contract have started, the fees are non-refundable.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full fee, which remains non-refundable.
- How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bananivista2017@gmail.com, mentioning your full name and session/contract start date.
Retail Products
- Returns: Due to the nature of our products (spiritual, healing, or custom items), all sales are final and non-returnable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In case of damaged or wrongly delivered products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at +91-9739983568 or bananivista2017@gmail.com for resolution or replacement.
