Style-n-File, a small nail studio popular for bespoke nail art was set up at Heera Panna Shopping Center by Neha Suradkar in July 2016. To cater to the increasing demand for nails and makeup and to educate more students in makeup and nail, in February 2019, Style-n-File has been relocated to a bigger space in the same building. It is redesigned as a boutique nail and Makeup studio that not only provides services of high standards but also has a relaxed and refreshing feel to it. Style-n-File Academy has around 250 sq.ft. space equipped with lights, mirrors, tables and chairs, 49” screen for presentations and offer personal and professional courses in Nails and Makeup. The Founder, Neha Suradkar is a Makeup and Nail Artist and educator, a Style Coach and Fashion Educator, with an experience of over a decade. Profiles like Beauty Therapists, Nail Technicians, Make Artists, Hair Stylists, etc are in high demand. What is important here is to provide good education to the aspiring individuals looking to step into the beauty and wellness industry. Makeup and Nails are two upcoming fields in beauty. As a makeup artist or nail technician, one can work full time, part time or as a freelancer. You can explore your hobby or passion along with your ongoing profession before you are ready to take it up as a career. These skills especially come handy for women, especially mothers who have to manage their schedules to that of their children, they can work as a freelancer. Our makeup and nail courses are designed to include the latest International techniques. There’s a regular upgradation and the course content is reviewed and revised every year. There are Professional Courses and courses for amateurs. The sessions are held in small batches for personalized attention. We have professional nail courses which cover the techniques of acrylic and gel extensions, application of gel paint, basic nail art and so on. Apart from these, we have a separate course in advance nail art and conduct various workshops on the latest techniques. The DIY nail art courses range from a one day course to four days course, which includes all the nail art techniques that can be done on your nails as well as on someone else’s nails. Style n File Studio The professional makeup course is a 10 days course that starts with an understanding of skin types, skin tones, makeup products and moves on to creating different makeup looks like a no-makeup look, retro, day bride, evening bride and so on. The DIY makeup course is a simple and practical 2 hours session, which helps clients to understand and care for their skin, understand products and then they learn to do a simple day time makeup and evening makeup. Most of our students have started on their own as freelancers and work with us on various projects. Neha’s dream is to make beauty, skincare, makeup, nails, etc. simple, convenient and easily available for everyone, so they accept this routines/regime as a part of a lifestyle rather than only for occasions.
