Bangalore is always at the top of the charts because of its food and culture. This city is home to some of the best microbreweries in the country. Recently, the southern part of Bangalore has seen the emerging trends of microbreweries and pubs and one of them is The Pumphouse- Tastefully Wasted!
The pumphouse is a brewpub which quenches the thirst of the city crowd for excellent craft beer. An amazing place to lift your spirits high and satisfy your cravings. If you are looking for some finely crafted beers in combination with great food, then this is the place!
From the widespread Menu, here are something that we cherished!
The Pump House wit is made of almost 50% wheat and uses Belgian Saison yeast. A large addition of coriander seed is added late in the boil, along with toasted black peppercorn and large amounts of sweet and bitter orange peel. These all culminate in a dry, but sweetly rounded beer with a pleasant amount of fruit and spice.

Crunchy Muesli chaat: Health freaks? Then go for this pump house special. They cater Muesli not on a bowl full of milk but through a much interesting way, Chaat. Yes, you read me correct! The crunchy Muesli Chaat is very light and can be relished with any choice of your drinks.
Grab a pint of the winner and to compliment I would recommend Honey Chilli lotus stem and Teriyaki Braised Pork.
The sweet and spicy taste of fried lotus stem is a perfect starter. Feel the goodness of honey in every bite.
Comes in a loaf of pita bread, this Teriyaki braised pork is something one should taste. The pork brushed with sweet and spicy sauce wrapped in a pita bread tastes heavenly. pumphouse, bananivista Teriyaki Braised Pork pumphouse, bananivista Honey Chilli lotus stem
