  • The Temples of Bateshwar

This city has over 200 Hindu temples that were built over 200 to 300 years before the Khajuraho temples. Most of the temples here are dedicated to Lord Shiva and Vishnu. It is hard to believe how these old temples still look beautiful and marvelous to behold.   • Orchha

This is the city that welcomes you with all your heart and you want to visit it again and again. The most famous temple Raja Ram Mandir will depict Bundela architecture. Moreover, Orchha is a treat for the architecture lovers in India. How to reach there: If you are coming from North India, reach Jhansi and take a taxi or bus to Orchha. This famous temple is situated in Ujjain on the banks of stream Shipra. Kal Bhairav is believed to be one of the incarnations of Lord Shiva according to Hindu mythology. This beautiful temple of Madhya Pradesh was built by Maharaja in 1760s to celebrate the victory of the Third Battle of Panipat.
