Internships for Women-Intershala   In India, a majority of women who take a break fail or find it hard to return to their work and the fringe who are well-educated and skilled couldn't get a chance to begin their career. Hence, Internship and online training platform Internshala has launched the ‘Internships for Women’ campaign to help women restart their career which help them in becoming financially independent.   Internshala was founded in 2010 and provides internship opportunities to over 2.5 million users registered on the platform.   Through Internships, Internshala aims to help secure almost 4000 women by March 2018. They put emphasis on Internships as they come with short-term commitment and also provide flexible working hours, work from home and part-time are few of the objects. This not only helps in maintaining a work-life balance but also help in gaining confidence. They can also choose office-based internships if a woman wants to be back to the workplace.   Students, graduates, and women can find internships in a diverse range of fields including humanities, engineering, management, applied arts, science, law, design, hotel management, architecture. They offer more than 4,00,000 internships (across different streams)  with an average stipend of Rs 7,500 per month.   So why not give yourself a chance this woman's day to start something afresh?
